Customer service is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (ET).
Live chat and phone support operate during these hours, while emails submitted after hours are reviewed and answered on the next business day. This ensures that you can reach us when it is most convenient for you, and we will respond to your emails as soon as possible.
During peak seasons or major race events, extended support hours may be offered to ensure that you receive the assistance you need when you need it most.
